By purchasing the My Life Admin service, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
1. Service Description
My Life Admin is a subscription-based document storage and life admin organisation service provided by Money Strong Pty Ltd. The service is provided by a third party provider namely MyProsperity platform to store and share your personal and financial documents.
2. Third-Party Platform
Document storage is facilitated via MyProsperity. By using this service, you agree to MyProsperity’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as they govern how your data is handled and stored. You can view these on their website at:

3. Access and Security
- Upon purchase, you will receive secure access instructions to your personal MyProsperity portal.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and the accuracy of your information.
4. Links to other websites
(a) There may be links to other websites that are not our responsibility. We have no control over the content of the linked websites and we are not responsible for it.
(b) Inclusion of any linked website does not imply our approval or endorsement of the linked website.
5. Security
We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to computer systems, mobile phones or other electronic devices arising in connection with use of the website or third party. You should take your own precautions to ensure that the process that you employ for accessing the Website does not expose you to risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference.
6. Reporting Misuse
If you become aware of misuse of the Website by any person, any errors in the material on the Website or any difficulty in accessing or using the Website, please contact us immediately using the contact details or form provided on our Website or contact [email protected].
7. Term, Payment and Billing
- Service sign up - The initial term is 12 months from the Commencement Date.
- Automatic Renewals - if still in force at the end of the initial term, these Terms will automatically renew for further 12 month periods, and an ongoing fee will be deducted at the time of renewal. If you want to cancel the renewal, this will need to be received in writing before the date of automatic renewal by writing to Money Strong via their contact page. Otherwise, automatic renewal will continue until terminated as provided in these Terms.
- The service is billed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST.
- Pricing is subject to change at any time. The quoted published price will be displayed on the website.
- All payments by you pursuant to these Terms are processed using the payment gateway provided by Stripe. By accepting these Terms, you are also accepting the terms and conditions of the Stripe services agreement
(available at Stripe Services Agreement - Australia). - Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of access and additional fees.
8. Refund Policy
We offer a voluntary 7-day change-of-mind refund from the date of purchase. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
After this period, refunds will not be issued for unused access unless the service is not delivered as described to or is otherwise faulty.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 10 business days of approval less any fees incurred by the payment provider.
9. Data and Privacy
- Money Strong Pty Ltd takes reasonable steps to ensure your personal data is handled securely in line with Australian privacy laws.
- All document storage is encrypted and managed within the MyProsperity environment.
- Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how your personal information is collected and used.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us in writing. Access to the service will cease at the end of your billing period or within 30 days, whichever is shorter. You may request from my prosperity that your documents be exported or deleted before closure.
