We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of this Website will constitute acceptance of any updated Terms.

You agree to use this Website in accordance with all applicable laws and not to:

1. Kajabi (for educational programs, course delivery and our client portal)
2. Stripe (for secure payment processing)
3. ScoreApp (for educational diagnostics and quizzes)
4. MyProsperity (for secure online document management)

You acknowledge and agree that:
1. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services;
2. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies;
3. You access these services at your own risk.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY
We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using this Website, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your information in accordance with that policy.

We use secure platforms such as Stripe, Kajabi and MyProsperity and implement reasonable measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. 9. PAYMENT TERMS (Kajabi + Stripe)
When purchasing digital products, courses or services through our Website:

  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe and/or Kajabi integrations and you ;
  • Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise;
  • You must ensure payment details provided are accurate and valid;
  • Failed or declined payments may result in cancellation or restricted access to services.

10. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We offer a voluntary 7-day change-of-mind refund from the date of purchase. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

After this period, refunds will not be issued for unused access unless the service is not delivered as described to or is otherwise faulty.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 10 business days of approval less any fees incurred by the payment provider.

11. USER ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS
Where access to parts of the Website or tools (e.g. MyProsperity, Kajabi portal) require login credentials:

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information;
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details;
  • In the case of lost account information or any risk to the integrity of your login or account information, you must notify us and the direct third party supplier immediately of any unauthorised use or suspected breach of security or concerns about access.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where there is suspected misuse.

12. REPORTING MISUSE
