The need for our services was born organically, from the experience of seeing too many women make costly property mistakes at the point of purchasing or selling and then realizing the financial consequence of their inexperience did not show up until after the fact, often when it is too late.
Headed by Marion Mays, Certified Money Coach with 30 years+ in financial services and two decades in property education & mentorship.
With a lifelong passion for property, Marion bought her first property investments in commercial real estate in her early 20’s, followed by a series of residential properties in both metro and regional areas, her experiential knowledge includes buying established property, off the plan developments, renovating as well flipping and selling. It has been both her passion and professional work for the past two decades. She has proudly helped many women across Australia and overseas successfully acquire and transact in property.
Why we exist
Understanding how to navigate the property industry is not something we have an innate knowledge of. So buying or selling a property once or twice in our lifetime and hoping to get it right is the equivalent of gambling. In fact, I’ve helped many women undo bad choices, from properties bought in flood zones, to purchases that have gone down in value rather than up, to finding out the holding costs of a property they purchased made it prohibitive for them to keep it.

I’ve also helped many women successfully enter the property market against the odds, including single parents and self-employed women. I’ve helped women navigate the complexities of buying land and then building on it, how to understand the risks and the process of buying properties off the plan from a developer and how to access and interpret the data when buying or selling property to ensure they make smart decisions.
Property can help us live our best life or our worst nightmare.
The way I see it, property is a tool (when done correctly) that can greatly enhance our lives as women. It provides a safe place for us to live, a source of income, and a sense of mental wellbeing in knowing we have housing security for our future and it is an asset that allows us to borrow money against it.
My view is that property is central and critical to the well being of women's lives, so much so that I coined the saying I believe:
“Every woman should own one little black dress and one piece of real estate in her own name”
